Dear Engagers!

As always, we are delighted to present to you yet another edition of Engage!

Crafted to enrich your faith and enable you to articulate it winsomely, to friends and family, colleagues and neighbours – seekers and sceptics. We have handpicked pieces by experts on various themes – from Identity to Bible Translation and Comparative Evangelism to Creative Apologetics and the much awaited Hard Questions and Honest answers.

The lead article on “Justice and Virtue” by our Founder, Ravi Zacharias, is a priceless, insightful one, fortifying our faith in times such as these!  With 2019 being the year of “Bible Literacy” a providential and timely piece on Bible Literacy and Translation titled “My language matters to God” from pioneer missionaries who’ve worked with indigenous people for several years, is sure to challenge and stir your hearts about the need to value and support such unsung, but pivotal work, in making God’s Word available to people in their native dialects.

The search for ‘Identity’ in the wrong places is destroying many individuals and families. Leading to meaningless pursuits and harming the entire fabric of society too. Two insightful pieces – one in word form and the other in art form address this critical issue, cogently and creatively. “What do we do with Truth, in a post-truth world?” is the featured Question for this issue that one of our very own Itinerants is lucidly responding to. A must read and share entry.

The digital version of Engage is designed to enable you to share individual articles to select friends who might benefit from it. Please do make use of these resources to strengthen and introduce the faith to someone who sorely needs to know.

As always we depend on you to continue to be our brand ambassadors in making known and sharing ‘Engage’ with others far and wide.

Hope you enjoy the read and share the joy, too!

In His service,

For the Engage Team
